Total Body Gym is a full service health club, which works with corporations, businesses, schools and individuals. Our Corporate Wellness Program is offered to corporations and businesses as an employee benefit program. The service is provided at little or no cost to the employer, yet provides an ample variety of health benefits to the executive staff, management and employees.
These benefits include but are not limited to:
- Offering a health program is a proven concept that reduces employer-related medical and insurance cost.
- Healthy employees accrue reduced absentee days due to illness or injury.
- Physical fitness reduces stress and helps promote a positive attitude.
- This program allows your corporation or business to show it cares about the employees and their health. It takes the initiative by being a part of thier benefits package.
In addition, we have a scan card / key pad system in place. We can tell you how often your employees are using the benefit you are providing.
The Corporate Wellness Program provided by Total Body Gym includes instruction, counseling and training in:

- Diet Planning
- Muscle Strength
- Muscle Endurance
- Cardiovascular Endurance
- Flexibility
- Altering Body Composition, (adding quality lean muscle while reducing fat)
- Individual programs designed to accommodate each person's specific needs or goals.

We are proud to serve this community and have over 25 combined years of experience in health and fitness. While we both have numerous titles, we are currently the only IFBB PRO BODYBUILDERS in Mississippi, both earning our pro cards in 2011. Also, we both have held state titles in bodybuilding and power lifting, currently holding several state records in power lifting.
