She has been apart of the TBG Family for several years. We are honored to have her now, as one of our in-house trainers!

She graduated from Mississippi State University. She offers training in endurance running from Track and Field, Cross Country, and  5K and 10Ks. She also can help with strength training, weight loss, and muscle toning! 

Lindsey is a mom & she loves Fitness! 
She understands the struggle of trying to get in shape with a hectic schedule!

He has been a personal trainer in Tupelo @ Premiere Athletix 
 & Snap FitnessJase has already been apart of the TBG Family for several years and is also apart of our Total Body Championships staff. We are honored to have him as one of our  in-house trainers! 

In addition to personal training, Jase teaches our Body WORX class & the Total Body JUST for KIDS bootcamp!

He is a national level NPC men's physique competitor. 
Winning 1st in his class @ the Southern Classic & the MS State Championships. He placed 7th of a very competitive class in the the Jr USAs.
The competition experience, along with his ISCA certification, makes him a very balanced trainer. 

He specializes in bodybuilding, strength training, conditioning & specialized sports endurance training. He also offers weight loss programs and meal plans.  He offers individual or group rates. His rates are very reasonable for this area. He has a flexible schedule, even taking clients on weekends. Young or "Mature", Male or Female, Novice or Experienced.
